On September the 1st, 2020, Shires Multi Academy Trust was formed, comprising founding members: Studley High School, Feckenham Church of England School and Webheath Academy Primary School.

CEO of the Trust, Mr Lee Gray:

“We formed this trust with a simple vision to create a family of academies working together in offering the communities we serve, excellent educational experiences so that every child within the trust can flourish. We’re committed to supporting the local community in providing clarity linked to routes through the complex local educational landscape.

We will support the continued development of leadership and governance, teaching and curriculum as well as further promote opportunities for pupils to receive specialist teaching across all key stages.  This represents an exciting opportunity and one we hope other schools might want to join.

Whilst the Shires Trust has established with three schools initially, it is anticipated other local primary and secondary schools will want to work in partnership, developing the Trust partnership further. The main drivers for schools to link in this way are linked to the sharing of best practice and the need to constantly reflect and improve provision for pupils.
